1 /5 Marly Nasra: Came here and got a French tip set. When I noticed the French wasn’t precise and nice and had said something, they told me it cost extra to align the French with the edges of my nails as this is a ‘different type of French’. I have been doing French tip nails for some time now and have never experienced this, there is a standard type of French tip that most salons do similarly so the fact this place is saying this goes to show they are just trying to squeeze more money out of customers. Not to mention their prices are already high compared to other salons in the area. Will never be returning to these stingy people (:

5 /5 Tess Burns: Have been going to this salon for a very long time. They are very busy by popular demand but always find time to fit everyone in. They are the best from simple or to hard designs, they will always be able to do. They take lots of time and effort into making each design perfect. Layla is so passionate and hard working, an amazing worker. I love this salon and always go here.

1 /5 Anu Rajapaksha: I’ve been a regular at this nail shop and usually have a great experience, especially with Lana, who is amazing. Unfortunately, my visit this morning was far from satisfactory. The technician who did my SNS nails was extremely unprofessional. She kept stopping to check her phone and answered multiple calls during the appointment, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she didn’t even finish my nails properly and left me sitting with incomplete work until I had to ask her to finish. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since this is a place I’ve trusted for so long. If you’re considering this shop, I can only recommend Lana (when she’s back from holiday). She’s the only one who consistently does an excellent job. Sadly, the rest of the staff seems lazy and uninterested in providing good service.

Old n senior Staff members working here are very unprofessional n rude . when trying to explain something how to do work on nails rather than understanding client they just start arguing n making embarrass in front of other people . Some new girls r very nice , but 2-3 senior staff Members are very rude n disrespectful towards client. Seems like making comments n laughing on Clients in their own language . Today I told them that last time I had cut with wooden nail file in my skin under nail so please be careful while doing today and my nails are very sensitive so don’t do too much polishing with machine , rather then listening she start arguing loudly with me. After that I told her that shade she using is different from what I chose then she said to me that no it is same. Then I took that actual shade tab to match the color n color was totally different . They are not giving much time to select color if they are free , but when busy then they don’t care that from how long client is waiting n just leaving job in between n attending other clients or walk in’s. They need professional grooming to deal with clients .
