Very knowledgeable and helpful, got some great recommendations and helped me get the right products for my hair and will definitely be coming back. 10/10

From the moment I walked in, the female staff worker was super friendly and helpful. She explained the differences between all the straighteners, highlighting the pros and cons of each one. It was clear she knew her stuff, I felt confident with her advice considering I didn’t want to damage my blonde hair. As I was heading to the register, I started looking at some other items and a male staff offered his assistance. I wasn’t particularly focused on buying anything else, but he had such a unique and helpful approach that I found myself engaged in the conversation. He had a down to earth and id say spoke my language ( typical straight from the area lol) explaining the products in a way that was both informative, interesting and bloody hilarious. Even though it was close to closing time I didn’t feel rushed at all. He was honest, had insights that were really valuable and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right items. There was a huge sale going on and I pretty much got all hair care products for less than half the price. I wish I remembered their names! But thanks to both their expert advice, I walked out with exactly what I needed and my hair has never looked better! Considering It’s been 3 days! If youre looking for a place to buy hair products with knowledgeable and caring staff, this is it. Highly recommend!"
