Dharani Attanayake I’m really happy with the service at this salon! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and it was super convenient to get my hair, beauty, and nails done all in one place. Everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Emily Downey Went for my first pregnancy massage on week one of maternity leave. I’m 35 weeks pregnant. I was greeted with the lovely staff at endota spa Berwick into such a calm and relaxing environment. They went through everything before the massage. Div was my massage therapist. She was just fantastic! I was so comfortable and felt safe and the massage had me so so relaxed! Will be back before I give birth!

World Nails - Fountain Gate

Hansika Iddamalgoda One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I was switched between two ladies, one was good, but the other couldn’t understand the simplest of instructions. She couldn’t even apply nail polish properly. To cover the nail, she had to apply four coats, and it’s still clumpy and messy. When I gave feedback, the staff started rambling in their own language. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Amanda New favourite nail salon. The staff here are lovely and actually care. They purposely will speak English to have customers engage with them which is a nice change. They’re very good at nails, I got a Shellac manicure and spa pedicure and it was lovely, my nails are shaped nicely and the colours are perfect. Good pricing too! Only gripe I have is no eftpos but there is an ATM just outside that they direct you too which is super handy. Parking readily available.

JN Luxury Nails -

Stefania R I wish I could give a 0 star rating as they don’t even deserve 1. Horrible experience. I went in Thursday last week 10th August to get acrylic refills + shellac. First of all, all staff had 0 customer service skills to the point where they were rude. One staff member sat next to the one doing my nails and they were talking the whole time, and the technician doing my nails kept stopping the service to talk to her and respond with hand gestures. The shellac paint was done so poorly that it started to chip off from day 2 after the service was done. Now under 1 week later, the shellac from most of the nails has peeled considerably (see pics). I asked for 3 coats as it is a black colour and I wanted it completely black, usually there is no problem with this. I was responded to in a very rude way when I asked very nicely for 3 coats, I always normally get 3 coats, and it ended in them not doing a 3rd coat despite me wanting it, they flat out refused. There was no care taken to the filing of the nails either. My nails are all an uneven shape. When I paid, there was absolutely no “thank you” or “goodbye” from the staff. They just took my money and turned their back. I will also add that despite the way I was treated, I did not respond or retaliate rudely at all. Regretting it now, I just sat and put up with it. Please avoid at all costs.

Casey College of Beauty Therapy - Berwick

Steph Coldebella For anyone considering a career in the beauty industry, I honestly cannot recommend Casey College highly enough - Whether youre looking to enrol in a diploma, certification or even a short course, the pathways and opportunities this college offers are truly endless. The trainers at Casey College are without a doubt some of the most knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated professionals I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. Each trainer brings their own teaching style to the classroom, which makes learning environment engaging, adaptable and tailored to suit every student’s needs. There were moments where I doubted myself and certain units I never thought I’d be capable of passing but thanks to their support, guidance and belief in me, I not only passed but also proved myself wrong. Studying at Casey College didn’t just help me gain a qualification, it genuinely helped me grow as a person. I discovered strengths I didn’t know I had, developed skills that I now use in my every day life and most importantly it helped me build confidence I never had beforehand. It is more than just a place of study, this college truely became a second home to me. I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime, overcome personal and academic challenges and achieved dreams that I never imagined was possible. To all the trainers and staff at Casey College - thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your passion for the beauty industry, your dedication to your students and your unwavering support have set me up for success and made my time studying one of best experiences of my life.
