2 /5 Pippa Mesley: The staff were very accommodating fitting me in on Christmas Eve, but I think because it was busy they were struggling to do the treatments for everyone. They continued to accept more walk ins and because of this I had four different women do parts of my nails. My previous gel was not completely removed before the new acrylic was attached, which I pointed out twice but was told that it didn’t matter. I was caught 3 times with the nail drill which made me bleed, but the artist did apologise which I appreciated. When one of the nail artists put the new extension tips on, she chose the wrong size for my nails so there is a big step where my natural nail ends and the extension begins, which is my main complaint. The lady who painted my nails however, did a great job and the red French tips themselves were immaculate, only let down by the wrong tip application by one of the other artists. Overall the nails looked good from a distance but I was disappointed by the quality close up. Apart from that, the salon itself is lovely and they have a great selection of polishes.
