1 /5 Alisha Rodrigues: Zero stars if that were an option. I had the worst experience at your store today and that too before a very important event. I am a regular at your Camberwell store and every time I go in, there is a different/new girl at the store. Sometimes you get really good service with them properly discussing and ensuring you are happy with the way the service will proceed before even touching you and you can tell these are the more experience girls. While other times they just go on and do whatever they want. I have never reported anything before because even thought they dont do a stellar job, it has never been this bad! I went in for an eyebrow threading, as usual. This girl who attended to me didnt know what she was doing. At first she just took off the extra and I told her I want to shape it so make it slightly more thin because it looks bushy (I had grown it fully so I can get a good shape this time). She went on to thread the inner edges taking off quite a bit of hair and then showed me. I told her it looks quite uneven with the inner corners looking thin and the middle looking quite thick. After that she completely too off the arch from one of the eyebrow while making the other one more rounded. She then trimmed the hair so short that it looks spiky now. Her technique was so painful and incorrect that I am left with red and inflamed skin around my eyebrows. I am sure she doesnt know how to properly thread eyebrows. You need to train your girls thoroughly before you let them work on people. These are not mistakes that can be fixed. I have to now walk around with a butchered eyebrow because of her incompetence. Absolutely mortified with her behaviour too as she could see how I was upset and didnt even bother to ask about it. They literally speak from a script and not one word extra. If she didnt understand what I was asking for then she should have asked again before chopping off my eyebrows. You just lost a regular customer and I am going to ask all my friends who go to the same store to reconsider. Absolute waste of money, and it is not cheap!

3 /5 Sneh Mehta: Got my eyebrows threaded but I wasn’t happy with the outcome, specially before an important occasion. The lady there was super sweet but overall I wasn’t too impressed. Specially because I get my eyebrows done often and expected good results.
