Elaine Jones I had a lovely technician Tara . Was very gentle, made sure the wax wasnt to hot and did a great job. She helped me out with some products for my in-grown hairs . Tara was very understanding that Im a busy Mum with 3 boys and said I was more than welcome to bring my baby in with me. Made feel like its okay to do something for myself

Alex Studio is beautiful & very clean. Was made very comfortable during my services. Unfortunately my skin soaked in the tint giving raccoon eyes for a moment,but my tech was super honest and transparent about this & we were able to fix it in no time. Appreciated the honesty she had with me, as it was no fault of her own, but showed she truly cared and took pride in her work.

Simone Dotsen Got my haircut here and it was the best haircut I’ve had. I have very fine hair and most hairdressers who charge 4 times the price always leave me disappointed, but she did exactly what I asked for quickly and for cheap. Very happy and will be back for another cut.

Shell Angliss Lilly has been amazing. I have been to multiple lash technicians over the years and my retention has been best with Lilly. She is always checking in to ensure I am happy with her work and is so accommodating if I need to change my appointment. Lilly is so reasonably priced and professional. She even has a machine that minimises the fumes from the glue which helps with my sensitivity. I am so grateful for being referred to Lilly!

Julie Pagel Jodie is extremely skilled at what she does and I love getting my facials from her. I love the products she uses and the place is clean and a friendly environment. Highly recommend !
