5 /5 Gemma Ferdinands: I took my 8 y/o daughter to Essential Beauty in Frankston today, where we had a really wonderful experience. We had previously attempted to get her ears pierced at a different salon, which was unsuccessful due to my daughters severe anxiety. Today, Molly was so calming, patient and reassuring with her. She spent a lot of time talking to her about everything she was doing and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. We had a successful session and left with 2 pierced ears and a very happy and proud girl. Thank you for your great service.

5 /5 Kirsten Noble: Had my daughters nose and ear pierced today and we were blessed with the most beautiful therapist who did both for her. I didnt get her name but she was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel safe and amazing about the whole thing! Thank you ❤️

1 /5 shanice voots: I got my seconds pierced here in June last year, I assumed maybe my body was rejecting the metal so I went to a piercer in my local area to get them changed to something more suitable where I got told my piercings won’t heal as they’re pierced incorrectly, one is on such a bad angle I can not wear any earrings in my firsts as the backs on my seconds cover the firsts hole and rub together causing even more irritation! They are so painful from so much irritation. To think I paid such a huge amount of money to now get told I will need to remove them is so upsetting. I am so disappointed.

1 /5 Erin Price: I had my naval pierced in July of 2023, and it never seemed to properly heal after almost two years of redness and pain. I came back in a month ago to have it checked, and the lady suggested betadine to heal the infection. After no improvement using betadine, I went to Skin Kandy Southland yesterday where I was finally explained to that I do not have the anatomy for the usual belly piercing jewellery and that shouldve been recognised at Essential Beauty before it was even done. Luckily the Skin Kandy girls helped change my jewellery to a floating navel, in which has already removed all pain and gotten rid of the redness. I strongly urge anyone wanting a belly piercing to go to Skin Kandy for their belly button anatomy to be checked first, before you are subjected to the same redness, bleeding after touched too hard, smell, and pain while moving. Shame on you Essential Beauty.
