2 /5 Negin Abd: I just did a full set of SNS ( French) with someone called Nguyen , she is lovely but my nails looked so fake and uneven, she even was getting offended when I was trying to give my opinion and request during the appointment. I had to go back and get them removed , she said she is sorry but never offered me a refund, even with removing she asked me to do the removal myself which I find it to be rude.

5 /5 Kate Doherty: I would highly recommend Nu and her team to anyone! It doesnt matter who you get, everyone on the team takes pride in their work and does an amazing job. I have never been disappointed by their services. The salon is light, bright and super clean. Everyone who works at Nu Vogue makes the entire experience relaxing and fun. I also get my brows waxed at Nu Vogue and love the results. All the pricing is very reasonable and well worth it!

5 /5 Surina Sood: I absolutely love the service and environment at Nu Vogue. My mum and I have been coming here since it opened and always leave the salon with a perfect set of SNS nails. I feel more than comfortable with all the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful, especially with choosing the right colour! The experience at Nu Vogue is so different to any other salon Ive been to, where the customers are treated incredibly well and with exceptional service. I highly recommend Nu Vogue for all your beauty needs, as it definitely has satisfied mine.

1 /5 courtney youngman: Unfortunately the experience at Nu Vogue was very disappointing, I went here as a one off as my tight schedule to get it done before Derby Day meant I couldnt get in to my usual salon and I work in Port Melbourne so it was convenient. It was clear the staff member was a junior as she made numerous mistakes and had to remove the gel and then repaint over it constantly. This led to 4 coats being applied and as you can see only one week later every nail has either peeled off or is in the process and the underneath layers are wet. I was asked to move from the pedicure section to the nail desk whilst I still had wet nails, no one helped with my bag, shoes etc and I ended up with gel all over my clothes which have required dry cleaning but has stained them. The salon was dirty including the chairs, floor, equipment stands and utensils. There was also nothing between my feet and the basin, usually there is a removable bag in the spa that is changed between clients, not the case here either. I have attached photos of both the salon this was as I arrived and as you can see extremely dirty with someone elses skin shavings underneath me as I was seated. Nu the owner was lovely but obviously one person cannot do everything and my nails should have been checked before I left given she knew the problems the young lady was having. Very unsatisfied with the $85 I spent here.
