4 /5 Isabelle Kulick: I LOVE CHARLIE. Literally don’t want to go to anyone else. I feel like she understands the vibe in every convo and also does such an AMAZING job!! When I have gone to others for waxing and tinting I’ve liked them, Georgia is great at waxing she’s quick and efficient. But I find that Charlie is the most knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve been going to Brazilian butterfly for a long time and have experienced there tumultuous moments as well, getting messed around a bit when a staff member left spontaneously a few christmases ago, and Di the owner did everything in her power to make it right and fix all that got switched around given the chaos of Christmas rushes. Di is very accomodating and helpful, managing the business well.

I have been a client for over 10 years and have recommended many of my friends. Get on board peeps and don’t forget, if you have a problem talk to them, just leaving a bad review without letting them fix your issue helps no one. Keep up the good work team ☺️

1 /5 Camelia Anabelle More: I would not recommend the tan I had there amazing ones but lately I’ve been having terrible experience. Last time I encountered up like a clown now is even worse. I had patches left untouched on my legs , people stoped me on the street to comment how a terrible job they did . After years of being a client there I am very disappointed and of course they lost me as a customer.

1 /5 Savannah Blanc: I do not recommend for waxing. I haven’t had the best experience with BB Port Melbourne. My first waxing visit ended with lots of patches missed. Decided to give it another chance with one of the senior therapists, but the same outcome.
