1 /5 Mon Pettitt: I visited this nail salon about a week ago as my regular one was closed. From the moment I walked in it was a terrible experience. The staff I dealt with were rude, the woman who did my nails did not speak to me once, she looked like she hated life and did not want to be there despite me being polite and friendly. She held my hand in a manor that made my arm cramp, she cut my cuticles so they bled. I had to soak off my previous SNS nails, they gave me a tiny bowl and placed a 1 ply paper napkin over the top and she got mad when it blew off. Like, what ?? Immediately the top coat on my nails was terrible. The customer in the seat beside me was not happy with her nails and when she said something, the lady doing her nails was rude and angry. One week on and my nails are cracked and look unpresentable. I do not recommend this place.

1 /5 Elisha B: Wow! What a waste of money! Highly disappointed. I had spent months trying to grow my nails, I went in asked for tips and they took 90% of my natural nail off. Told me my nails are too fat and don’t look nice the way I wanted them done, they reluctantly took them off and started again. She still took way too much off the sides making my nails look like they grow skinner and up towards the freaked sky! When I was done I said thank you and that they looked much better she scowled at me and told me I was not welcome back. If I could post a picture of the shocking job I would!

5 /5 Marina G: I have been going to new world nails for a few months and am very happy with their work. The staff are professional, efficient and perfectionists. The pedicures are amazing (I often fall asleep) and the staff in there are friendly. Would highly recommend this place. 10/10

1 /5 Sherea Shipman: Friend got her nails done here and rushed very badly. Paid $50 worth SNS and this rude man rushed her and paid more attention to a staff member trying to turn the TV on rather than paying attention to his customer. Based on other reviews of this store seems its a common thing that happens here. Where the nails are rushed, the quality is awful and the service is poor. 0/10 would recommend.

1 /5 Katy Luke: Just went here and it was horrendous. Never been to a nail salon this bad! I got SNS with a tip and after waiting 1hr I finally got service. It was by the man (possible owner) and he had no idea what he was doing. He has cut my cuticles and now I have a cut which didn’t stop bleeding for 30 minutes. the nails are uneven and scuffed. He used a cotton ball to clean them but the nails weren’t dry so now I have uneven, rough nails with pieces of cotton through out them. Not happy. Will never go here again!
