I visited your salon today with my mom, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The technician who served me was very rushed and did a poor job with my nails. Not only did he cut a piece of skin from my index finger, but the nails themselves looked crooked, with noticeable gaps and excess acrylic on the sides and underneath my nails.
When I tried to remove the excess acrylic under my nails, the technician insisted on doing it himself and caused significant pain by pushing my skin into the nail. I asked him to stop and do it myself because of the discomfort, but the situation left me frustrated and in pain.
I believe the technician should have been more careful and cautious in his work, especially when handling sensitive areas like the skin around the nails. His rushed approach and lack of attention to detail are completely unacceptable, and it has left me very disappointed with the results.
I understand he has just returned from holiday, but that should not serve as an excuse for providing subpar service, particularly when customers are paying for a professional experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that such treatment does not happen again.
