1 /5 Nina M: Will not be coming back here. I booked 3x microneedling sessions and got reactions after each session and it badly clogged my pores due to the trauma. I have never had this type of treatment done to my skin. Called up after each session to ask for some advice and followed exactly what they said, avoided my skincare for weeks after. I got someone different each time I went in for my treatment so I had to explain every time what had been happening. For my third session I said to the girl I’m a bit nervous to do this again because my skin has closed comodones all over my face and it’s not improving (4 weeks later). She told me that this would help get rid of it. Turns out my skin barrier is completely damaged from too much intensity from these treatments and I had to go back into the clinic to show them how bad my skin now is for them to recommend products to use moving forward meaning more money. Nobody goes to a skin clinic needing to then fix their skin and repair it from the treatment that’s been done. You offer general advice post treatments but not actually listening to someone’s individual concerns about their skin and what’s happening to it. Very annoyed i spent that amount of money walking away a lot worse, no compensation whatsoever. I have never experienced such a poor customer experience.
