I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. My mum had an appointment for a treatment at the Fountain Gate, and not once was she informed that she needed to prepare her skin beforehand. The staff failed to mention this during the booking process. It wasnt until she arrived for her appointment and waited 15-20 minutes past her scheduled time that they told her she needed to apply a serum for a week prior to the treatment. Why wasn’t this communicated during the booking, so she could have been properly prepared?
Its absolutely essential that businesses explain pre-treatment care, as well as aftercare and during the treatment, so customers know what to expect. The lack of transparency here is appalling.
They also charge a $20 consultation fee, which is supposedly applied to the treatment cost. However, since my mum never received her treatment, I requested a refund. I was told it would be processed by the end of the week, but it’s now been three weeks, and we’ve still received no refund.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews—save your money and go somewhere that knows how to properly take care of their clients.
