1 /5 Laura: DONT GO HERE!!! 0 stars if I could! Where do I start?! I went here and the lady absolutely stuffed my eyebrows!! She took patches out of my eyebrows that I have to now fill in until they grow back. Both my eyebrows are different shapes and tail of my eyebrows are completely uneven. One side is thick and the other is paper thin. I can’t believe how shocking my eyebrows are now!! I went back to complain to the manager and of course she stuck up for her worker and instead of fixing them she blamed MY EYEBROWS!! How is that even possible when my eyebrows were even better before I walked in then when I left? She got defensive and refused to fix them for me. Save your money and go somewhere else even if it costs a bit extra. It’s not worth going through what I did! If you love your eyebrows as much as I do, take my learning experience and don’t go here

3 /5 nilam kothari: The staff were really friendly but had to ask them to do the back with my facial. She did not apply the mask on the neck; The entire facial was done within 45 mins. Which I think was not enough.

5 /5 Stephanie Murphy: My eyebrows were so thin and stuffed up from another place but still needed a tidy up. Somehow they magically made them look thicker and so even, this is my favourite brow place, best price as well. Will update with the wonderful lady I go to’s name next time I go back.

1 /5 Rena Faqiri: First time I attended the store and asked to get eyebrow threading and upper lip threading done. Had to continuously tell worker where she had missed spots and still came home to see where she had missed hairs. Not a friendly environment either, wouldnt come again.
