The owner and boss of Mill park hair design salon Angela saved my skin when I screwed up my hair by attempting to cut the back myself only to totally butcher the job! I went there on a Thursday and she cut it in a way that not only corrected the big mistake I made but the style cut itself looked so good everyone at work complimented me and the boss even got a similar cut a week later! Best decision Ive made in ages coming here..

1 /5 Jessica Senini: Not happy at all with the service worker was on her phone via her air buds on and off through the course of time . The colour of my hair isnt what I requested at all , was told it will go darker with time but it has gotten lighter and again isnt even the colour requested . very rough with her handling was poked in the eye multiple times and scrapped across the face by her brush when pushing down on the foils . They got hair dye all over my new jumper which wont come out. Hair didnt even get cut or dried and still cost 300. At one point i had to dry my own hair during my treatment staff handed me the dryer and said here dry your hair as she made the hair dye . Very unhappy with the end result . Would not recommend

I was treated to the best customer service I believe I have ever had, along with the most professional experienced hairdresser. Linda fixed a very bad hair cut that was done by another Mill park hair dresser with a happy and calm attitude. I will be telling everyone to experience what I would call, ( the best hairdresser in town ) can offer! Thank you so much for helping me girls!☺

1 /5 Nikita Mayra: Went here a little while ago with my daughter and was extremely disappointed. We were the last booking for the night, and my daughter was cutting her hair to donate it to a charity that makes wigs for cancer patients - all of which we had explained over the phone. Anyway, we come for her appointment and was horrified with our experience. The hairdresser refused to listen to where we wanted the hair to be cut, was super aggressive with my daughter, shaking her when she wouldnt relax to get her hair washed, and started saying things like "im not going to cut you hair if youre going to start crying". The other hairdresser in the salon with her started rolling her eyes, checking my daughters hair for lice when she actually suffers from bad dandruff which would have all come out if you had washed her hair properly in the first place. The final result was awful, everything was uneven and my daughter came out of her appointment crying because they made her feel like she was expecting too much when donating her hair. The main purpose of going to a hairdresser is to come out feeling great about themselves, but instead she came out feeling guilty for expecting a good haircut after cutting her hair to be donated. We ended up going to another hairdresser the next day to fix her haircut. When I asked if we could speak to the manager (my daughter has previously had an appointment with her and was happy), we were told that she was on holidays for 3 months. Extremely disappointed, and definitely wont be coming back.
