Brogans Way Distillery - Richmond

Marnie Aram This place offers high-quality gin and delicious food. We had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the atmosphere. It deserves to be much busier than it is — far better than a few of the beer bars just up the road. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back!

Escape Hunt Melbourne - Melbourne

M M Loved it. We did the Aladdin and Law and Disorder rooms and loved them. Both rooms were clever with fun with unique puzzles that we hadnt seen before. The game masters were friendly and gave helpful hints that helped without being too revealing. We dont like scary rooms so werent sure about Law and Disorder being murder mystery themed but didnt find it scary at all. Actually the clever end had us laughing. Aladdin is probably more fun for kids.

Great Victorian Rail Trail -

Anthony Bernardi Excellent trail that runs through a few small towns where you can grab a coffee or other supplies en route. We rode from Tallarook to Mansfield, stayed the night and rode back. Doable but break it up depending on your fitness and interest in the small towns. Great accommodation, dinner options and coffee in Mansfield. Enjoy!

MCC Museum - East Melbourne

Zenda Johnsen We did both the tour and museum. Both were very enjoyable, although the main point of my review is to give special mention to Lee. I had lost my wallet and rang up trying to locate it. I was put through to Lee and he was so helpful and courteous. He offered wonderful service and my wallet is being posted out to me. Thankyou very much Lee

La Trobes Cottage - Melbourne

Nakul pisolkar La Trobe’s cottage is a modest yet elegant house of Victoria’s first Lt Governor Charles La Trobe and his family. Charles La Trobe, his wife Sophie and their daughter Agnes came to Melbourne in 1839 as the Superintendent of Port Phillip District (now Melbourne). The house is prefabricated structure and was shipped from Britain, it’s worth having a look inside to get an insight in how the La Trobe family lived in early days of Melbourne. Originally the house was in Jolimont near MCG and moved to its current location in 1998. Definitely worth a look and know more about its history.

J Ward Museum - Ararat

Madds Visited here with my partner and did the J Ward Lunatic Asylum tour at 9pm. We had a great time and the lady tour guide and the man locking the doors behind us as we did the tour did an amazing job. The stories, vibe, and scenery were just amazing. We got along with the man locking the doors, he was great to talk to and get along with. They also shown a documentary at the end of the tour which shows real life footage of the stories told during the tour (wont forget one-eyed George!). You are also given Dowsing Rods and EMF Emitters which was a bit out of me and my partners comfort zone as we normally like to be at the back of the group, but I gave in and participated and turned out to be really fun and it was really inclusive and you dont feel left out at all. Well done guys, you do an amazing job and your position is much appreciated. 10/10 definitely recommend!
