5 /5 M M: Loved it. We did the Aladdin and Law and Disorder rooms and loved them. Both rooms were clever with fun with unique puzzles that we hadnt seen before. The game masters were friendly and gave helpful hints that helped without being too revealing. We dont like scary rooms so werent sure about Law and Disorder being murder mystery themed but didnt find it scary at all. Actually the clever end had us laughing. Aladdin is probably more fun for kids.

1 /5 Phil Mustoe: My partner and I are seasoned escape room players and like a good challenge. We tried this company last night and was very disappointed with the escape we chose. It was built extremely well, mine shaft and miners wagon being the scene but in some cases the clues were so badly off or really too many logical steps away from solving them, continually asking for hints took the enjoyment out the game. We were given a torch at the start that continually failed. We requested a new torch several time during the hour as we expected this would help solve future puzzles but nothing arrived which added to the frustration. Being told at the end that the previous group didn’t even get past the basic first stage makes me wonder what impact this is having on potential repeat business. I won’t be going back or recommending this place. Do get me wrong, I enjoy a hard game and don’t mind being defeated, but give the customer a sporting chance. Some of the clues were drawn really badly and don’t match the item being sort. You have all of the players contact details so perhaps it’s better to follow up with each unhappy 1 star client instead of asking them to call you? Just a thought. Well over $100 for two people to be deflated is too much. I’m off elsewhere.

Found it a bit difficult doing the law and disorder but the instructor (Dan, or whoever worked the 7pm one) was fantastic, gave really good advice and overall had fantastic customer service. I really appreciate who helped. Doing this with my girlfriend was definitely worth the 48 bucks each.

4 /5 Odette Krist: Great Escape Room. We went with our family (2 adults + 17, 15, 12 year old) and we all loved it, fun for all ages. Great puzzles, not too difficult (we are beginners:)). My daughter, who recently went to another Escape Room said that she preffered the other one because it was more high-tech and more suspense. Whereas I liked that it wasnt high tech - but old school puzzles, locks and pen & paper. They had a nice (free) photo booth too. The whole venue was a bit outdated and could use a bit of a spruce up. We all loved it and would recommended it to friends. Good location with lots of cheap night parking available and nice restaurants around the corner.

5 /5 Paula McK: We were a group of 6 and we had the best time doing this escape room. We attempted the Zodiac Heist which was fun and challenging. Although we needed assistance a couple of times, we did solve the puzzles in the end and would try other experiences at Escape Hunt in the future. Thanks for a great experience on Mother’s Day!
