Jessie Jones I’ve been a long term customer of Brazilian butterfly Epping and I had to move locations as I had moved house. It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. Phuong Ngoc The hairdresser and the owner were so kind and welcoming. The hairdresser did an amazing job for colour and hair cut. She even didn’t want to charge for blow-dry, however I was happy with her works and happy to pay for those as well. Recommend for everyone.

Shobika Sabashan I’m very glad I have chosen EPIness studio for my electrolysis treatments. I have been coming to this studio for over two years now. Angie, the lovely Electrologist, is very supportive and, most importantly, has been honest throughout the journey. She set realistic expectations from day one regarding the time frame and discomfort/pain that may be experienced. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she welcomes and treats her clients in the comfort of her home, like were her friends and family. For anyone who is looking for an Electrologist, I would recommend Angie in a heart beat!
