Leah B AVOID My 16 year old daughter went in for eyebrow lamination & lash lift. I wish we read the bad reviews as they are the worst. I went with her & we said it was her first time could they do a test & make it natural. The result was beyond terrible, they are not experienced & removed part of her inner eyebrow, laminated it upwards & tinted it black (the opposite of natural). The die went outside of the hair area and she looked like a clown. My daughter was so distressed she came out crying & we had to go to another salon & try and remove some of the tint. It didn’t really work as there were so many chemicals in her brow she ended up missing a few days of school. DISASTER! A sorry isn’t going to cut it here. I would avoid going here in the first place.

Jenny Tran I’ve been to this nail salon before, but ever since the new owner took over, the service has improved a lot. The staff are more attentive, the atmosphere feels more welcoming, and the quality of work is amazing. My nails look perfect and the whole experience was super relaxing. Highly recommend giving them a try — you can really feel the difference!

Natalie Hoffman We can highly recommend Sophie and her business, she is amazing!! We had been recommended by a friend and we have not been disappointed. We drive an hour to come and see her as the service and knowledge of the skin and her beautiful product choices are outstanding. They are all so friendly and nothing is ever a worry or too hard. Sophie is helping us through the tough teenage acne phase of a teenage boys life and she is so kind and understanding and happy to explain it all to both of us.

Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. Baljit R I have been coming to this amazing nail salon since last year for eyelash extensions, pedicures, manicures, SNS dip powder nails, and shellac dip powder nails. Their service and quality of work is always excellent! The SNS & Shellac powder finishes last for weeks as good quality products are used, with careful techniques, patience and time. My natural nails underneath are very strong and grow, which has never happened before at other nail salons! The lash extensions are also great quality, with good care and precision for long lasting results. The owner and staff are so welcoming always, the salon is always very clean and presented immaculately. Keep up the awesome work team! Great value for excellent results ☺️
