1 /5 Kaitlyn Dolan: Please do not go to this place for nails they are so so bad. They rush everyone so they get people in quicker I have never had my nails done so quick in all my time of having nails. My nails are wonky and the French tips are also wonky.

1 /5 Ebony James: Came in with a $50 voucher to have all the staff members say it was only worth half the amount of price as it was gifted to me over a year ago. As a new mum that doesn’t get time away from children I was extremely upset about this as LEGALLY gift vouchers last 3 years. A $50 note doesn’t lose any value why should a voucher? I left in tears without the voucher and staff didn’t care. Absolutely appalled by this behaviour, have tried since contacting with no luck

4 /5 Nadi Fi: The girls are lovely and my nails were done nicely too. The finish however could be a bit improved, hence only 4 stars. Unfortunately she checked if they were dry too soon, so some of them a rough surface. Otherwise I’m happy with them and would recommend if you’re fine with scratching off the residue at home ☺️

2 /5 Lilli Rose de Munk: I had a mixed experience at Freedom Nails in Karingal. When I arrived, they didn’t give me a wait time, just told me to sit and pick a colour. The first technician was kind and said my French tip design was doable, but the second technician didn’t follow my inspiration photo. I asked for a pointed almond shape but ended up with uneven coffin-shaped nails. The French tips were done without a base coat, even after I requested one, and the design was shallow instead of deep like I wanted. When I expressed I wasn’t happy, they offered to redo my nails with a solid colour. The technician’s attitude shifted when I mentioned leaving a review, but she gave me a hand massage at the end and a possible discount, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication and inconsistent results.
