1 /5 Nellie Wilmot: Really disappointing experience. If I could give no stars I would. I had a manicure and pedicure. The lady worked so fast she barely touched my finger nails with the tools. She proceeded to accept more and more people in, when there obviously wasn’t enough staff to cater for us all. This meant that she further cut corners with my pedicure. See image of the paint job - it’s uneven and there’s paint on my skin which will probably cause the polish to peel off. $85 down the drain! Most concerning thing is, the same tools are used for every customer without sterilising in between! Low level quality and customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

1 /5 Natalie Jayde: Quite an unpleasant experience at this salon, $105 for both a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure - the toweling you rest your feet on was dirty, not only on mine, the other empty chairs too. She was filing my skin while filing my toenails.. The whole thing felt very rushed when I was the only customer in there. The manicure- I informed her one of my nails was quite sore so please be gentle. I think she either forgot very quickly or didn’t understand me as her English was minimal. She was very very rough in her filing and buffing. Most of my nails are now very sore from her filing my already sore finger and even my skin. The butchers paper underneath to collect nail droppings was again pre used and not fresh, even had scribbles on it with pen. The man worker in there, was doing absolutely nothing and on his phone when the place and floors were absolutely filthy. When the second customer came in he had his headphones on listening to music. These workers need to get more professional asap! Converse with customers! and in the same language as them, people feel uncomfortable when the workers are talking to each other in an unfamiliar language and not being able to converse with them. Please know that no one will return to a dirty salon again.

5 /5 Chloe Hurley: Always do an amazing job and beautiful staff! I made the mistake of going to US nails around the corner a few weeks ago and they were the only ones open late, and they did a horrific job and damaged my nails. Won’t make that mistake again will only come here!

1 /5 Yvonne Chandler: I called in on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. The woman attending me spent the entire time conversing loudly in Vietnamese with another worker across the room. She filled the foot spa with water that was tinged with a green dye of sorts. I noted it was leaving a stain on my feet & legs. When I pointed this out, she tried to remove the stain with lotion & when that didn’t work she took what appeared to be a sanding block (used for the purpose of removing rough skin on the soles of the feet) & started rubbing it vigorously all over my legs & ankle. Of course she took a layer of skin off my ankle & made it bleed & sting. I protested for her to stop & she just moved her stool to the client opposite me & started work on her. The male in the shop took over without so much as word or an apology & completed the job & then charged me $50 for the privilege of having my skin removed with a cheese grater. I’m absolutely appalled by my treatment & Im definitely not a happy customer.
