They communicated with me and offered me advice as to what the best placement was for my piercing. They calmed my nerves as I was a little unsure about having my ear pierced. Aftercare was also provided to me regarding my piercing and most importantly they informed me that if I had any questions or concerns I was welcome back at any time to speak with them.
