5 /5 waddy Waddy: My review is simple and honest. I went to Essential Beauty to get my ear pierced and the girls did a fabulous job. They communicated with me and offered me advice as to what the best placement was for my piercing. They calmed my nerves as I was a little unsure about having my ear pierced. Aftercare was also provided to me regarding my piercing and most importantly they informed me that if I had any questions or concerns I was welcome back at any time to speak with them. This also was very reassuring and shows the professionalism of the staff at Essential Beauty Cranbourne. I shall definitely be returning for my future piercings.

Very welcoming and understanding. Very cautious and genuinely concerned for me. My dahlias now feel like they can heal properly!! Tyty to the ladies that helped me out, very appreciative

5 /5 Lisa Yasin: I 100% recommend the ladies at essential beauty cranbourne, I cant remember the name of the ladies that did my 3 year old daughters ear piercing, they were both so kind and made my daughter feel so comfortable. oh my gosh hands down best service ever!! The cute gift bag and bravery certificate was such a sweet thing for my daughter to receive. She absolutely loves the bag and teddy and cant wait to show all her friends and teachers at kinder. Thank you once again to the ladies at essential beauty cranbourne ✨✨

Kaitlyn was my therapist and made it such a pleasant experience. She was attentive, had great attention to detail and made it such a positive experience. Will definitely be requesting her as my regular therapist!!

1 /5 Shikha Ravindran: Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Rude and arrogant lady. I went for ear piercing for my little one who is only 4 month old . We were 10 minutes late due to the heavy traffic and rain. The lady said we are late so we need to wait for a while which we did. When we went inside it took longer as they were unable to mark as same on each ears. By the time my little one was upset and started crying. I asked if I can feed my little one and one lady said yes I can . But the arrogant lady came and said I cannot feed her. How dare she could say so? She is not fit for this role at all, doesn’t know how to treat customers or the company hasn’t given her proper training before taking her to this job. I will never ever recommend or go to this place again with such attitude of staff.
