1 /5 Rosy Rana: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chi Chi Nail Salon. About two weeks ago, on a Saturday, I went in to get my nails done, and the result was far from what I wanted. The lady who did my nails was not only inattentive to my requests, but she was also constantly talking to the other workers in her own language, which felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.
When I politely asked if I could test the colour on one nail, she rudely refused and proceeded with a colour I didn’t like at all. To make matters worse, it took her two whole hours to finish my nails, which was way longer than I expected, and she kept using her phone during the process, adding to my frustration.
Chi Chi herself wasn’t there that day, but I have to say that I’m highly disappointed with the work ethic and lack of customer service I experienced. This is not the level of service I expected, and I won’t be returning.
