1 /5 Alyssa Pace: Pretty upset with my experience today! I had been going to this nail place before the new management and loved it, but today I had asked for a short French tip with a reference photo. The nail tech had started to paint the French tip but I asked if she could try painted it a different way, more similar to my photo. She refused and said her way was nicer, and I asked if she could please try and she again refused. Feeling shutdown, I just left it. I then was really unhappy with my results. Not very happy, and considering I’m the one who was paying for this design I don’t think she should be the one to determine what design I get.

1 /5 Kimichi Chi: Terrible service from Tina. I came to fix one of my broken nails. Not only did she put on the thinnest layer of gel possible, but she also made the shape of the nail entirely different from the others. She proceeded to tell me how all my nails are a bad shape, which is why she made the one nail she was fixing an entirely different shape? Doesn’t make sense!! On top of that, she complained that I didn’t know the name of the colour on my nails - even after I explained that I got them done at another shop after simply asking for light pink!! On top of that - she didn’t even tell me I was done (or say anything at all when she left), had me sitting there for ages! Extremely RUDE and will never be back. Which is very sad, because I have been coming to this salon for years. I repeat: DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE BY TINA!

5 /5 Tiffany Maree: I hadn’t had my nails done in over ten years. Was very nervous. Had a colour theme and kind of an idea … The woman who did my nails, just took what I gave it and brought it to life ! Very impressed Would recommend and will be going back

5 /5 Jacqui Carter: PHUONG did my nails today she fixed the horrible nails I previously had done at another store. Shop was spotless, staff were friendly and price was very reasonable. Will be definitely be going back.
