1 /5 Tara Elena Fenech: I’m really disappointed with this salon, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time.
During my last visit, I was shocked when they tried to charge me extra just for changing the shape of my nails and choosing a different color for a few nails—mind you, not a design, just a color change! I can completely understand an extra charge for intricate designs since they require more time and effort, but this was ridiculous.
I also regularly get refills and pedicures here, so I would have expected better treatment and appreciation as a repeat customer.
To make matters worse, the staff is consistently rude. They often speak in their own language when clients are present, and it’s obvious from their body language and tone that they’re talking about customers. It’s unprofessional and uncomfortable, leaving clients feeling unwelcome.
This experience has left me incredibly disappointed. The salon really needs to prioritize customer service and treat their loyal clients with more respect.
