3 /5 Mrs Coffee Bean: My pedicure here was fantastic and the lady who did it was so wonderful! Unfortunately my daughters got their nails here at the same time and the lady (pregnant lady) who did my youngest daughter’s nails was so rude and snappy to her. It was her birthday and it was her first time getting her nails done so she was nervous. Both the girls had cuts on their cuticles afterward so for that reason we wouldn’t be back unless we could book in with the first girl, who as I said was wonderful and friendly. These three stars are for her alone.

1 /5 Imogen Jayne: $80 for sloppy nails that break within 24 hours. Originally I asked for an ink spill black tip, as she was doing the design work I thought it was just her mapping it out but then went to get the jewels that were in my reference photo. She wanted me to walk out of the salon with half done, streaky, patchy nails that looked nothing like the picture. If you can’t do it just say that and I’ll pick something else. What’s worse is me deciding to change it to full black tips seemed to make her angry and she became rough and sloppy, so sloppy that the next day my nail polish has peeled off. The underpart of the nails were covered in black nail polish and the acrylic powder was left in clumps. For $80? Are you serious?

1 /5 Shalini S: I was upset since my long natural nails were chopped to have extensions but rather got small nails as results,I asked for almond shape & what I got was round shape. Even though I wasn’t happy with the shape & length of my nails I paid & did not redo but my nails are hurting badly now, while shaping my nails very harshly done by that lady. Lady cut the length and then asked is it ok. After filing nails kept looking small. No use of getting nails literally no length plus they don’t understand English we cannot understand theirs. Even though you asked I did not get what I wanted. Very upsetting . Total happy mood turned off. Wasted my $$. Never getting done by any other lady other than I know does good job Lara.

1 /5 Angela David: Will never be back, I had a lady training do my pedicure who cut more skin then she should have which is now infected. On top of that I got my nails done and the lady cut my nail bed (skin) and just let another lady take over, it’s been almost a week and my finger is still in so much pain. Would not recommend at all if you want to keep your skin and health. They also still manage to ask me to pay full price after the pain they have caused.

1 /5 Grace Magliolo: I’m so upset abd disappointed, I got pedi and refills cost me a fortune only have them peel off after 2 weeks both feet and nails , and to add on had my brows waxed and my skin got burnt , I sent them a message Witt pics and they refunded me 15 dollars and thats it . I went all week with painful brows and had to put aloe Vera on it daily , so disappointed
