Sarafraz Johl Bad experience. They are impersonal, its like calling your mobile service provider. But bigger issue was they are not really fixed price as claimed. They charged me an extra $540 for writing 2 letters to bank, needed to buy as trust, even though I was upfront about that being the case from the initial call, they assured fixed price at the start, but added additional cost to the settlement bill. When i challenged that, i was told "my request has been declined". I would not recommend them.

Have been trying to reach out the team under a different business name (Conveyancing Victoria Melbourne) that they operate and found the couple are running same business under multiple names. Kim is quite rude over the phone and delayed my sale settlement without any reasons and ended by settling my property at 5PM and my purchase settlement got delayed to the next day and ended up getting a default notice.
