I have sold and bought about 4/5 times now over the years, and each time I needed contract of sale within the week or next at short notice or for them to review my purchase contract within the day, and without a fail, they always deliver with due diligence and care. Someone is always answering the phone directly, responding to queries promptly. I would not go anywhere else. I love the level of quality customer care factor and prompt response time, which are two most important factors to me when it comes to buying and selling.

Ive had bad experiences in the past with conveyancing (not with Sargeants!) and its such a relief to know this is one aspect of buying/ selling that we dont have to worry about.
