1 /5 Sarafraz Johl: Bad experience. They are impersonal, its like calling your mobile service provider. But bigger issue was they are not really fixed price as claimed. They charged me an extra $540 for writing 2 letters to bank, needed to buy as trust, even though I was upfront about that being the case from the initial call, they assured fixed price at the start, but added additional cost to the settlement bill. When i challenged that, i was told "my request has been declined". I would not recommend them.
