EJane Shelton My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent. The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too. My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance. My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em. I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues . They are a 5 star auto repair shop.

Marnie Robinson Mr John is a great and funny Guy Have know him for years now He has been in business at this location since the mid 1980.I have deliver part to this man for many years now .He is well know well trusted and liked by many people .He likes to bring back relics from the past. Old Cars that is. Brings them back to life .He works on a lot of older Jeeps .Yall go see Mr John.

Drop Kix Really helped me out of a tough spot. Extensive knowledge on my car. Fixed one problem and fixed another problem i was dealing with for a year with my car. Highly recommended.

Ashley Oxley The store manager, Jay, was the nicest most professional gentleman I have ever been blessed to meet in a stressful situation. Took a look at what we thought was a possible coolant leak, and was extremely thorough in their exam of the car. Brought us both out of the car, and showed us everything was great with our car. I appreciated the fact that he showed my husband and myself everything was good. Took time and explained everything to us both. Highly recommend with always go back.

Ellen Mayo I always get fast, friendly service. They are always willing to help install small parts like light bulbs, wipers and such. They have great products you can trust at reasonable prices that I can afford

Travis Allred I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISNT SEEN THESE DAYS. If you’ve got issues with your vehicle - take it to them. You won’t regret it.
