Ashley Oxley The store manager, Jay, was the nicest most professional gentleman I have ever been blessed to meet in a stressful situation. Took a look at what we thought was a possible coolant leak, and was extremely thorough in their exam of the car. Brought us both out of the car, and showed us everything was great with our car. I appreciated the fact that he showed my husband and myself everything was good. Took time and explained everything to us both. Highly recommend with always go back.

While nobody likes to spend money on auto repairs, I found them quite reasonable, and my old pickup runs better than it has in years. Im very happy with the service, workmanship, and end result. I endorse them, and more importantly, I will go back whenever we need auto repairs in the future.

Travis Allred I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISNT SEEN THESE DAYS. If you’ve got issues with your vehicle - take it to them. You won’t regret it.

Nicks Repair
Steve Foster I took an engine head to Nick’s. I told him to do to it whatever was needed. I thought that might be worked. When he returned it to me he said that it only needed resurfacing. The valves were fine and everything else is fine so I only charge me for magnafluxing, checking the valves and resurfacing. I really appreciate his honesty. I have definitely found The machine shop that I will go to when needed.
