4 /5 Rachael Smaltz: This was my first time at this location. I found it through Google and decided based on the great reviews. The man at the front was extremely helpful. I walked in and told him what I was needing and he actually made suggestions. I was seated immediately with a tech. I believe her name was Jessica. I think she did a great job. However, my only complaint is that when she was filing the dip powder down with the electric file, she wasn’t being as careful and ended up hitting my cuticle and skin around my nail bed. Yes, it bled. No, she didn’t do anything to rectify the bleeding. No, I didn’t say anything because when the manicure was over, it seemed like she was ready to be finished. Now I have scabs/sores where a wound was made. I do think she did a good job executing what I had asked for. I will be going back to this salon because the customer service from the front was great, the price point was fair, the color selection was nice, and the salon as a whole was very clean. However, I think I’ll be asking for a different tech next time.
