It’s important to know the medical reviews can be very subjective based on medical needs, insurance, and so many specific and particular factors. Based on my particular needs and situation: I felt heard and I felt that next steps were relevant and valued. I had good follow up (I am also still “mid diagnosis” with tests to confirm or rule out some things. My experience so far has been good.

Michele Schwandt New Braunfels ER and Hospital are the best caring group of people especially Dr. Mark Dresselhouse. I have never met at any ER anywhere that went so out of their way to help me. And connect me with other resources. It really blew my mind to tell you the truth. It was a reminder that there are really good caring people out there. Josh Dyba Unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for hours. Had to call back multiple times. Doctors are always revolving there and usually never stay long term. Had some questions regarding general medical practices (nothing that would violate HIPAA) and they refused to help me or point me the right direction. Save yourself the headaches and time and go somewhere else.

Joe Castillo Dr Oppeltz is a very friendly and patient explain everything step by step in very good detail and had a plan to take care of my situation. Dr. Oppeltz also treated my son when he was having alot of discomfort. Dr Oppeltz took good care before and after surgery on my son . Very Gald Dr Oppeltz care for him and know my husband will be in very good hands !!

Teresa Luna Every time I come the office is always clean and information available. Christina and Linda have always been available to speak to me when I call in. All of the staff are always able to help or answer any question that I may have. I also use the pharmacy and Jerry is always available to speak to if I have any questions or concerns.

Rachel Tiller My son needed staples because of a head injury. EMS, nurses, and the whole team were very kind! The place was clean and there was only one person in the waiting room at 3pm on a Wednesday. I saw nurses smiling which shows a positive work environment. Working in an ER can be stressful, and they had positive attitudes making us feel welcome.

Tony Calderon My visit went very well, I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. My doctor took the time to talk with me before beginning the exam. The front staff was extremely friendly and patient with me as I tried locating insurance card. I am going to make this Mens Primary Care my first choice for medical procedures.

Whitney Morales The bad reviews on google really made me pause before I took my daughter to this ENT, but my pedi recommended this provider, and Im so glad that I didnt go against her recommendation. We had a great experience with Dr.Franklin. He did an ear tube surgery on my 9 month old, and our follow up care has been great as well! He noticed one was clogged when we went in for our follow up and he took care of it right away. They prioritize babies and give the youngest kids the earliest appointments so as to get them in and out as quickly as possible.

Lisa Winston A multitude of screwups including almost injecting me with a drug to make my heart race for a stress test which the doc never ordered! Finally left after 2 years to work with a professional cardiologist and efficient staff.
