Keith Yates I always have such a great experience at Scott’s Auto Repair. They are fast, professional and always honest. I appreciate being able to trust the employees at this location. Not being the most savvy car person it really matters to me that I feel taken care of without trying to take advantage of me. I have found my shop for life. The general manager,Nick, always takes the time to explain things and make sure I’m satisfied. Best repair shop in Houston!!!!

Eva White I have been going to him for 18 years he is very reasonable and professional and he checks your vehicle before he do anything to it and give you the price on how much it costs and most of the time you can get your vehicle back the same day just depends what time you take it there l really like them l will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Christine Bicek As always, I had an excellent experience at Santa Ana. I’ve been to Santa Ana in the past when I needed some bodywork looked at. I didn’t realize they also have an auto repair side. I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose to go to Santa Ana. Not only are they professional, and excellent mechanics, they’re extremely friendly, they follow up on the work they’ve done and they don’t try to oversell you anything that you definitely don’t need. As a senior female, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They also arranged a Lyft for me to go home and a Lyft for me to pick up my car. That kind of service goes a long way!

Alex Spoke with Chris and he took very good care of me. He offered me a complementary diagnostic on my vehicle. Originally came in for an issue that was told by another auto repair shop. Chris and his team looked at my vehicle and it turns out the problem was something completely different. Chris was amazing with informing me of the issue and saved me $$$. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor. Rory Robertson Trying to get my son off to college, I’m rushing to get his car maintenance completed before leaving. I needed an alignment quickly his car. I called Nexar and spoke to Will with all my questions. They were about an hour and a half away from closing. He told me to come on in and he would take care of it. He understood my need to get it done. So I rushed in and they were extremely professional. Really awesome service. I waited in a nice comfortable lounge watching sports on the TV Their service absolutely won me over. The prices were really great. I called him. He gave me the estimate right away. No hesitation or funny games. I highly recommend you coming in for your auto needs.
