Darryl Johnson I was promptly greeted by Maxwell. He was professional & detail oriented. He kept me updated every step of the process. Everything was explained and shown to me concerning my vehicle. HE WAS HONEST & that is rare in the auto repair business. Because of him, I will be getting all my auto work done there. What a great experience from beginning to end. Dill Short Review: Understanding, Willing to listen, knowledgeable and skilled in motor vehicle trade. Fixed my issue that came from another shop. I am coming back here again for other vehicles. Long Review: 2023 4Runner SR5 Premium 4x4 (after market front/rear struts and rear coil springs) On 12/26/2024 I originally took my car to a different shop to do an alignment. After waiting about an hour they finally took my car back. An hour later I get my car back with the alignment papers saying this is the best they can do due to the aftermarket parts I put on. Vehicle is now pulling hard right. Morning of 12/27/2024, I was referred to Elliotts Automotive by a friend with an F150 and custom suspension parts. I called Elliotts Automotive immediately and was able to make contact with someone knowledgeable and understanding of my issue. They gave me a rough run down of everything and gave a final statement that until I bring in my vehicle, this is the best info they can provide me. About an hour later, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by the front staff and the person who took my phone call. (I forget their name). They spoke with me, came outside and crawled under my vehicle ON THE SPOT in the parking lot. You dont see that anywhere else! We were originally planning to do it monday as I needed the car for the weekend and could not leave it. However, after the inspection, they said they could knock it out real quick. Took the vehicle to the back and no more than 25-30 minutes later, my vehicle was in the front with PERFECTLY aligned suspension. Something the other shop said it was IMPOSSIBLE to do. I paid my dues, and thanked everyone who helped fix my issue and walked out with a smile on my face and a straight true driving vehicle. This is now my go to location for all my vehicles.

Stephanie Wood The staff at the Pearland shop is amazing. I went in for an out of pocket estimate and the total time was only about 20 mins. The check in process was seamless and within 5 mins I had an estimator going over the damages with me. Look forward to bringing my car into the location for repairs.

Eden Lopez I took my car last week to do a repair on it, I was not expecting good news because of the mileage on my car. They were very honest with me and told me that it might not work what my car needed to be done. I took the chance and told them to so it anyways. My car its over 260,000 miles. They did a great job! Very, very happy with the work that they did! I drive a lot with that car after the job and so far no problems. Definitely Ill be taking my car back for service! Thomas and one of the mechanic, I did got his name, were very nice and helpful. The mechanic came out and explained to me the why it might not work. Thank you very much guys!! I highly recommend the place for your car needs, very reasonable prices!
