Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center - Brownwood (TX)

1 /5 Summer W. Evans: Oil change took nearly an hour and a half. One car coming off the lift when we got here. Watching one heavy set man strut around in the garage as one younger man did all the work...well...what he could...apparently rotating tires is not his Forte. We are now TWO HOURS IN and still waiting ...

1 /5 Arnulfo Guajardo: The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced I travel all throughout Texas with an Enterprise fleet vehicle and everywhere I go quick Lane is usually my go-to place but this quickly in Brownwood is absolutely terrible. The people at the front desk dont know how to do their job they never want to take my fleet vehicle because its going to take them too long to get it approved and or there is only one guy that knows how to do it and Ive only taken my truck to get service there once I try to do it again today but the guy at the front desk sided and told me he wasnt going to be able to help me. Absolutely worst service I have ever experience do not come to this quick Lane you have been warned

1 /5 Cathy Beyers: My husband had to change our tire himself in their garage, due to prejudice. My husband being in law enforcement had to deal with an employee they have in public. Because of this they refused to service us. Nice way to back those that serve.

5 /5 Rachel Salas: Anthony & Michael had the best customer service! We were traveling through Brownwood and noticed that our brakes were squeaking. They were able to change them out along with the rotors in less than an hour! Thank you guys!
