1 /5 Stephanie Jock: I am a widow and was trying to find someone who I could trust. Instead I was charged $900 for an oil pump and my truck quit working after a week. It’s been sitting in my yard ever since. Thanks for your so called help.

3 /5 Teresa Hulsey: Well....I dont want to be ugly in any way but Im very disappointed with service....I chose them because they had a good star rating on Google and I had heard they were honest and reasonable and Extremely Knowkedgeable!!!! about vehicle repair and Very, Very experienced. When I initially went in they said they knew exactly what it was and it should not take long. But after 3 weeks, replacing about $400 in parts and various hit and miss guesses, my vehicle still is not fixed and Im out all that money with a vehicle I cant drive. Also, I left my vehicle up there 3 weeks and they were not willing to call me Even One Time with an update. I had to call each time so I had to decide how often was a reasonable time to follow up. I m sorry but I do not call this being knowledgeable or showing good customer service at all. Im very disappointed.

1 /5 Mike Rhodes: Wow, Jason started out taking care of business. Found our problem, got answer, ordered parts, & then the bottom fell out. Real trouble with repair, so #1) limited experience, 2) not in a hurry at all (had our car for over a month), 3) terrible communication. Said car was fixed, we drove for maybe 100 miles? Rattling started in front of engine & slowly got worse until finally undriveable. Ask Jason what hes going to do to fix it. No help....wanted me to deliver it to him. I ask to be fixed in a week & he wouldnt commit &/or offer to any reimbursement. GOD HELP US. Where are the trustworthy people?
