5 /5 Johnny Blaze: Randy and Jeff of Quality Tire in Belton Texas deserve five of five stars. I went to them to have my tires balanced to help eliminate possible causes of vibrations in the steering wheel. While balancing the tires did not resolve the issue, they were very good about taking the time to be thorough, and communicated with M&B Auto who is also helping to definitively find the cause and remedy. One thing that struck me as odd about the shop was the cleanliness; even the restroom was clean. I dont mean presentable, I mean better than some restaurants. I will give them additional business in the future. I wish I could have bought my tires through them, but I work in Killeen and had a tire delaminate, which forced my hand to get tires in a hurry. It is worth making the drive to Quality Tire for the customer service. I received great service at a competitive price. If you are going to wait while your vehicle is serviced, there is a Valero two doors down, where you can get snacks. Had I known they were a block from a BBQ joint, I would have scheduled my appointment during lunch. Go across the street and there is Mexican cuisine. This is a prime location to have your vehicle serviced and support other local business. I point out the availability of places to go other than the waiting room, because usually, I feel stuck while waiting for my vehicle; not here, as there are plenty of options within a very short walk. So... Great customer service, clean, and something to do other than sit and wait for your vehicle to be ready. 5 of 5 ***** is a legitimately earned rating.
