Steve Burgos Marcus was more than helpful a life saver, constantly providing pictures and updates and he progress with the job, Im an active duty soldier and when my car broke down he was wiling to come to me and help me out. Later i had more jobs for him he Looked for cost effective solutions. And when the job got complicated he provided pictures and solutions and a good time Frame of when it would be done got my wheel bearing windows motor alternator all done!

Stormy 2020 I had a great experience with Caliber collision on 35 in south Belton. Josh was incredibly detailed when walking me the everything that was going to be fixed and how it would be done. He made sure I understood the whole process and kept me updated every other day with progress reports. My car was actually finished sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. Josh was there to make sure I was satisfied with it. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Thank you to Josh and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier. Knowledgeable and honest, always willing to help answer any questions, and shows true compassion towards customers. i have never received such amazing treatment, developed sense of trust, or level of care from any shop i’ve been to and we all know how stressful car troubles can be on their own so it is appreciated immensely!! i had the same car problem for two years and got the same responses from every place i took it to but no one ever fixed it. I brought my car in at 1:30pm yesterday, received my diagnostics information via online which made it insanely easy, and received a call and text when my car was ready before 10:30am this morning. Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

Robert Plain engine kit for a 1500 Dodge 4.7 although they did not buy the kit , I met some very friendly and respectfull people. THEY Are animal friendly and Knoligable, And hey.... While your work is getting done you can enjoy the game room around the corner Lil Bobbys is the place to be .
