Kristi Walker Exceptional Care and Professionalism! I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly. Dr. Colson and Rachel (NP) are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition in detail, and discuss all treatment options. I never felt rushed, and their compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend ENT and Allergy of West Texas.

T M Dr. Baker is a really good doctor. Shes a good listener and doesnt hurry the appt along. Office staff is polite and the wait time is not long. Very professional

Kevin King Worked with another doctor and my insurance for 9 months to try to get a prescription I needed...Dr Pandya and his staff worked with my insurance and I had it resolved in 5 days...Dr "P" treats sick people..he has great experience and he IS my primary physician!

Freak of Nature Front desk ladies and the nurses are very nice! The doctor is got however... I was not impressed. He came into the room assuming he knew everything, telling me the plan he decided would work. This wouldve been fine had he came in and just asked what was wrong, instead getting half the story from the nurse and assuming he knew my issues, talking for a good ten minutes before I could tell him what was ACTUALLY wrong with me. Oh!! And drink a whole bottle of water before an ultrasound! Wish someone had told me that so I didnt have to wait and extra 30 minutes and chug as much water as I could. Also when I got said ultra sound, the doctor came in (different than the first) and she acted very dismissive? Like "why are you even here?" Kind of feeling. Idk i was not a fan of this place.

Xavier Lopez Went their yesterday and overall had a pleasant time. Despite being told the wait would be 2 hours, my guess is they really pushed through and my entire time there, including the wait, the prep, and seeing the doctor, was about an hour altogether. Staff was very polite and the CNA that helped me was exceptionally so due to the fact that I was actually nervous having not gone to any doctor in over a year yet they were very polite and reassuring. Once again, all in all, I would highly recommend them.

Pat Clark I’ve been seeing Pam for a long time...I’m so glad she’s at Tall City Healthcare...She always takes the time to listen. I couldn’t wait to get re-established with her when I found her!!! She’s awesome!!!!!❤️❤️
