Briarwood Clinic - Midland (TX)

5 /5 Xavier Lopez: Went their yesterday and overall had a pleasant time. Despite being told the wait would be 2 hours, my guess is they really pushed through and my entire time there, including the wait, the prep, and seeing the doctor, was about an hour altogether. Staff was very polite and the CNA that helped me was exceptionally so due to the fact that I was actually nervous having not gone to any doctor in over a year yet they were very polite and reassuring. Once again, all in all, I would highly recommend them.

1 /5 Pisot Pisot: NP Chandra Keele is rude. She books a lot of patients and wants to only spend a few minutes. She told me that another Dr had called off so she was very busy and could only spend a few minutes with me. Well I dont get to pay you half when you double book. Does not even listen to your problems. She even yelled at me during one of my visits and refused to fill out my paperwork. She seems nice when you dont have a lot of questions and just in for a regular checkup. But when things are complication, her true side shows. Beware of NP Chandra! Only go to her if you want a quick physical, but is you want someone patient that actually cares she is not the one. She gets off with this attitude due to limited options in Midland.

3 /5 Maggie Hernandez: I have been coming here since moving back to Midland In 2016. I really like Chandra . But I had to schedule an appointment with their other provider because she was booked. I didnt want to wait until the following week to be seen or have to go to an urgent care clinic I was called that morning that it had to be approved for me to switch providers. I wasnt switching I just needed to get in sooner. So they approve it. My husband brings me in because I am feeling too sick to drive. We arrive at 820 a.m. , my appointment is at 830. At 915 a.m. they finally take me back. And 45 mins later still havent seen a provider. Their nursing staff seems to be new and not very friendly. I dont usually go to the Dr unless I feel really horrible . So that being said I am very disappointed with the care I received today. Noone wants to wait an hour + when they feel really sick , and then have a snarky M.A. to deal with. I did like the new NP though. I was just really unhappy with the staff.

1 /5 Drew Greene: Worst experience at a doctors office I have ever had. Took 1.5 hours to be pulled back, provider did not ask me any questions about my reason for being there (sat on his computer for 10+ minutes typing who knows what), never introduced himself, and did not do a physical examination. He should lose his license immediately. Still have not received access to the patient portal or test results. Will not be returning and will tell others not to go here.

5 /5 Morgan B (HungryWolf86): Chaundra is always very kind and seems to actually listen to what you say and always seems to be very sincere and thorough with her examinations! The staff is very friendly, and the wait is normally never a problem. I have been to many doctors and not had such a great experience as going to Briarwood Clinic. Keep up the great work yall!!
