1 /5 Ashley Eames: I have been coming to this doctor’s office for more than 10 years and the past six months it is now impossible to get someone on the phone. All I am needing to do is schedule my Depo shot appointment and have been trying for weeks with no luck. Requested an appointment online left messages with the answering service as well as waited on hold multiple times. No. Luck! I have reached out to them via Patientservices@ttuhsc.edu. hopeful to hear back from them!

1 /5 Keith Wright: Do not attend this facility for long or short term anxiety. I have had to wait over a week for my prescriptions every single time, even after the very first month. I most recently haven’t heard anything from them. This causes extreme withdrawal symptoms. They are less worried about you, and are more worried about their pockets. The front desk “ladies” can only offer their attitudes. I’m pretty sure that these are the brains that are vetting the message portal meant for the doctors or someone at least qualified. They do have a very nice website/app that they will set you up with, and they will never respond to you or acknowledge you. You are welcome.

1 /5 Cameryn Carson: First off let me just say that the staff here are very rude and some of the doctors that come to see you do not dress properly if you see this place don’t go here go to the Odessa one. The Odessa one is way better than this one. There was a front desk lady that even climbed over the counter yall need to get new staff!
