2 /5 Cyndis Faves: They need to change their name. It definitely was not a Spa experience =( Nails came out ok but nail tech was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed to have a customer. I guess I didnt upgrade so she was annoyed I was only refilling and paying $55. They dont have many glitter options and its pretty messy. They were also talking about me as I left and thought I didnt understand what they were saying but I have been learning Mandarin for my job. I decided to give them two stars only because they took me in when I was only inquiring about pricing and my nails came out okay. I definitely will not return because of the lack of professionalism. Its not a very cheerful environment or welcoming. I rather drive 30 minutes to my old neighborhood which is unfortunate because I was looking for a new nail place closer to my new home. Wish I would have read the other reviews before going in.

1 /5 Sandra Duncan: Avoid this place!! My sisters my daughter and I and a friend went for pedicures. One of my sisters got acrylic on her toes and she didnt even ask for it. Also she said no gel and they put it on any way. They cut my toe nails crooked. My nail tech was hurting me while cutting my toe nails and they cut my daughters toe she was bleeding. It was not a relaxing service over all. Will not be going back. I should have read the reviews prior to booking. Giving 1 star because I cant give 0.

5 /5 Mia Eubanks: I love coming here for all things nail related Mr. Sonny is the absolute best! He is always game for what designs I bring him & helps me work through the idea I have in my head. Mr. Sonny is the only person I let do my acrylics. He pays close attention to details. He always does his very best to meet my requests.

1 /5 Mona Barker: If youre considering visiting this nail salon, I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience here was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and care in their work. The staff were not only rude but also made comments in their language, which came across as disrespectful and insensitive to customers who dont speak it. Ive been to many nail salons, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst in terms of service and quality. I hope they take steps to improve both their attitude and attention to customer satisfaction, though I doubt they will. Also, the pedicure tubs are dirty and not properly cleaned, even when they use plastic liners. The tools also aren’t sanitized thoroughly, which is concerning. If you prioritize cleanliness and are cautious about the same tools being used without proper sanitation, this salon is definitely not the place for you.

5 /5 Sorrento Ward: One of the best nail salons in the area! Everyone is always so nice. I have gone multiple times and have gotten seated immediately. It’s best to go in the mornings when they open. I had Chris for a pedicure and he was great! I usually have Mr. Sonny for my manicure and he has done a wonderful job each time.
