4 /5 Sandy V: Over all I am happy with the service I have received here. I will continue to come in as long as I am able to get my services done with the technicians that I prefer. First off, the shop is very clean , they have a variety of colors and nail services available. The prices are very affordable. $30 for a gel manicure, add $5 if you have gel on already. My first experience for a gel mani left with a lot to be desired. The tech did not provide me all of the services that the menu noted it included, she seemed to want to rush through my service as more clients came in. I had asked for a darker color and she did a couple of layers that left big chunks on some of the nails making them look really fat. The tech was nice and talked to me but I think the language barrier was an issue because I tried to explain what I wanted and what I think was left out and I dont think she understood. However I paid attention to the other techs around me and made a note of it for a future visit as it looked like they do provide good service, it just depends on who does your nails. I came back later for a pedicure with Julia and it was a great service, but she does keep to herself which I didnt mind. The next time I came in I asked for a gel mani again but this time with either the manager Nikki or Megan because I noticed that the work they did was fantastic. Megan did my gel manicure and it was flawless.. she did all of the things that I expected as they were posted and she did so very quickly but without rushing. One of my nails actually broke a few days later and they were able to repair it for me with no issue.
