The customer service was outstanding. They clearly explained what was wrong with my car, showed me the issue, and fixed it right away—with a smile. Everyone was friendly, honest, and there was no pressure or price gouging. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and they’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

Alina Greiser Absolutely amazing service! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree coming from Austin to Houston. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it back to Austin Monday morning because repair shops were all closing for the weekend in just a couple of hours. I took it in to Rapid Repair Auto Shop and the owner was so understanding and was able to find out what the issue is within the 2 hours they were still open. I have never seen that before in any Auto repair shop I’ve been to. If I could give more than 5 stars I was. Best service I have ever received.

The Glitz Skin Studio The absolute best car auto repair shop in Houston. Ive had so much work done to my Kia Optima in the last month. I have been given an loaner to accommodate me, a mechanic come to my place and give me a jump and great customer service. I trust them and they are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Highly recommended. Life long customer. Very happy.

Alex Spoke with Chris and he took very good care of me. He offered me a complementary diagnostic on my vehicle. Originally came in for an issue that was told by another auto repair shop. Chris and his team looked at my vehicle and it turns out the problem was something completely different. Chris was amazing with informing me of the issue and saved me $$$. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Not being the most savvy car person it really matters to me that I feel taken care of without trying to take advantage of me. I have found my shop for life.
