I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube and for the 1st time in years my car didn’t pass inspection.. they never told me i failed/gave me an explanation on why it failed. So i took my car here to auto care unlimited to ask if they could tell me what i needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection. They looked just as confused as i was with the inspection paper jiffy lube gave me. They ran a scan/test on my car and nothing was even wrong with my car. I was in & out within 10 mins. Definitely will be coming here from now on for my auto needs.

Jasmine Mitchell This is THE shop to go to. I basically got my whole suspension on my jeep wrangler done plus more for an amazing price. The owner (Stephanie) works with you and your budget. The customer service is great! The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone needs to go here. They work on all kinds of cars, so they are very experienced. You won’t regret going here I promise you that!

Kristine Hansen So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service! Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now! Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs! Rory Robertson Trying to get my son off to college, I’m rushing to get his car maintenance completed before leaving. I needed an alignment quickly his car. I called Nexar and spoke to Will with all my questions. They were about an hour and a half away from closing. He told me to come on in and he would take care of it. He understood my need to get it done. So I rushed in and they were extremely professional. Really awesome service. I waited in a nice comfortable lounge watching sports on the TV Their service absolutely won me over. The prices were really great. I called him. He gave me the estimate right away. No hesitation or funny games. I highly recommend you coming in for your auto needs.

Stephanie All right I gotta tell you guys this place is super legit. The customer service here is outstanding they go far and beyond what any mechanic would ever do. From calling you a ride to bring you back home after towing your vehicle to their shop, to doing a full diagnostics of your entire car telling you exactly what needs to happen with a game plan for execution. Ive worked Keith and Amanda who have both been extremely helpful with all of my silly questions.Though I did pay a shiny penny for the services, I feel like it was completely worth it because I totally feel safe driving my now reliable car with the support I have from RMS.All of the work that I have had done with them is warranted which means if something happens I can bring it back to fix or replace. I’d also like to mention they had my car done within the day which is unheard of. I think it’s hard in the city of Houston to find a mechanic that you truly trust and I will not be going anywhere else to service my vehicle as long as I live in Houston.
