James Primrose My car had broken down wouldn’t even go into gear. Being a tow truck driver with triple aaa I had towed many people to Car Pro. So I thought I would give them a try. I dropped my Car off on a Saturday being worried it could have been my transmission. Even if it wasn’t my transmission tons of mechanics would just lie and say it was, but not Paul. I got a phone call from Paul at Car pro first thing Monday morning. Didn’t have to call in once to see it what was going on with my car. Paul figured out the problem in no time. Gave me a fair pricing and excellent customer service through out the process. My A/C was out on my car too as wel. I thought they did such and excellent job I asked what the price was to fix everything and it couldn’t have been more fair!!!! I see now why people come here, and I definitely can say Paul at Car pro is who I am going to come too if I ever have any more problems. I 100% recommend these guys! Very honest, very dependable!

Alex Spoke with Chris and he took very good care of me. He offered me a complementary diagnostic on my vehicle. Originally came in for an issue that was told by another auto repair shop. Chris and his team looked at my vehicle and it turns out the problem was something completely different. Chris was amazing with informing me of the issue and saved me $$$. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Alina Greiser Absolutely amazing service! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree coming from Austin to Houston. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it back to Austin Monday morning because repair shops were all closing for the weekend in just a couple of hours. I took it in to Rapid Repair Auto Shop and the owner was so understanding and was able to find out what the issue is within the 2 hours they were still open. I have never seen that before in any Auto repair shop I’ve been to. If I could give more than 5 stars I was. Best service I have ever received.

Rory Robertson Trying to get my son off to college, I’m rushing to get his car maintenance completed before leaving. I needed an alignment quickly his car. I called Nexar and spoke to Will with all my questions. They were about an hour and a half away from closing. He told me to come on in and he would take care of it. He understood my need to get it done. So I rushed in and they were extremely professional. Really awesome service. I waited in a nice comfortable lounge watching sports on the TV Their service absolutely won me over. The prices were really great. I called him. He gave me the estimate right away. No hesitation or funny games. I highly recommend you coming in for your auto needs.

Christine Bicek As always, I had an excellent experience at Santa Ana. I’ve been to Santa Ana in the past when I needed some bodywork looked at. I didn’t realize they also have an auto repair side. I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose to go to Santa Ana. Not only are they professional, and excellent mechanics, they’re extremely friendly, they follow up on the work they’ve done and they don’t try to oversell you anything that you definitely don’t need. As a senior female, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They also arranged a Lyft for me to go home and a Lyft for me to pick up my car. That kind of service goes a long way!

Bryan Lee Marcus is a very honest and genuine mechanic, I am so happy to have found his services. He will come straight to you to fix your car and tells you straight up what need to be done. He helped me do repairs on my truck and has done a fantastic job on multiple repairs. He even stayed late to do a repair late in the night when the issue became more complicated than originally anticipated. I highly recommend him to whoever need something fixed the right way the first time around. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and he is one of them!

Jasmine Mitchell This is THE shop to go to. I basically got my whole suspension on my jeep wrangler done plus more for an amazing price. The owner (Stephanie) works with you and your budget. The customer service is great! The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone needs to go here. They work on all kinds of cars, so they are very experienced. You won’t regret going here I promise you that!

Ashlee I highly recommend for you repair needs in the EADO area! Relaxed environment with a fun and friendly staff. Danny, the lead mechanic, is knowledgeable and attentive. Neil, the manager was easy to work with and ensured a quick turn around that was delivered without incident. And the owner, Marcos seems to take great care of his staff.
