Kevin Sinclair Excellent and thorough service. A total breeze and easy process replacing my front brake pads. Got there, got checked in and was told my front brake pads were at 50%, and since Ive been putting on miles more than normal and will continue to do so, it was recommended to replace now, rather than wait down the road. The quote was extremely competitive as yes, I actually was quoted for a much higher price. Friendly staff, family owned and operated for 34 years. Great vibes, excellent job!!

The Glitz Skin Studio The absolute best car auto repair shop in Houston. Ive had so much work done to my Kia Optima in the last month. I have been given an loaner to accommodate me, a mechanic come to my place and give me a jump and great customer service. I trust them and they are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Highly recommended. Life long customer. Very happy.

Alina Greiser Absolutely amazing service! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree coming from Austin to Houston. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it back to Austin Monday morning because repair shops were all closing for the weekend in just a couple of hours. I took it in to Rapid Repair Auto Shop and the owner was so understanding and was able to find out what the issue is within the 2 hours they were still open. I have never seen that before in any Auto repair shop I’ve been to. If I could give more than 5 stars I was. Best service I have ever received.

Kristine Hansen So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service! Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now! Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs! Stephanie All right I gotta tell you guys this place is super legit. The customer service here is outstanding they go far and beyond what any mechanic would ever do. From calling you a ride to bring you back home after towing your vehicle to their shop, to doing a full diagnostics of your entire car telling you exactly what needs to happen with a game plan for execution. Ive worked Keith and Amanda who have both been extremely helpful with all of my silly questions.Though I did pay a shiny penny for the services, I feel like it was completely worth it because I totally feel safe driving my now reliable car with the support I have from RMS.All of the work that I have had done with them is warranted which means if something happens I can bring it back to fix or replace. I’d also like to mention they had my car done within the day which is unheard of. I think it’s hard in the city of Houston to find a mechanic that you truly trust and I will not be going anywhere else to service my vehicle as long as I live in Houston.

It can be stressful trusting someone with your car, but the team here makes it easy. They’re always transparent about pricing, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or taken advantage of. I’ve mostly worked with Kyle, and I’m so grateful for him. He has the best attitude and is always patient and helpful. No one ever wants to have to get car repairs, but whether it’s an oil change, an air conditioning replacement, or anything in between, they make the experience as smooth as possible. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and even if you don’t know much about cars, they make sure you feel informed and confident. You can tell they genuinely care and want to help.
