Le Le Nail - Sugar Land (TX)

3 /5 Nancy Cole: I had been to Le Le nails years ago and it has since changed ownership. Read reviews which seemed OK so I took a chance. The people were friendly, but the quality of service was lacking. Got the basic pedicure, the girl spent about 60 seconds working on my cuticles, only scrubbed my feet for maybe 30-45 seconds per foot and then got a 3 1/2 minute massage. Paint job was OK, a little sloppy but I can clean it up once I get home. Would not recommend to anyone. Price was cheaper than most other places in the area but now I see why. Maybe it was just the girl that I had.

1 /5 Anaya B: Absolutely not! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Came in for a spa massage pedicure, and I had shellac on my toes. She drilled it off and put some type of oil I assumed on my toes but no! It immediately started to burn in which I informed the technician. She acted as if everything was normal until the sensation grew. She started to drill off the "remover" she applied and everywhere the powder went onto my skin, it itched like poison ivy. I requested for her to stop the service & if I could speak to a manager immediately. I was then informed by another technician or manager that "it burns sometimes and she should have told me! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have been getting pedicures since a little girl and have never experienced any burning sensation or feeling like I do today. Im not one to complain or leave reviews ever but I would hate for anyone else to go through this. They were unapologetic and unsympathetic. I did pay $10 for the removal of the shellac, but all in all, I will be reporting the business and would not recommend anyone else to go. Reminds me of a chop shop & surprised its in a great area like Stafford/Sugar Land. ( I dont have "sensitive skin" in which they kept blaming it on & telling a customer that a products always burns your other clients and that the technician should have told me before hand is unacceptable)

1 /5 Rochelle Wilson: Got here and asked for for a full set and pedi, heard they say mani, repeated full set, sat in the chair, after halfway doing my toes I was told that the full set nail tech isn’t here. Maybe it was a language barrier but I am disappointed.

4 /5 Snik Abraham: This isn’t like bougie nail spa- if that’s what you’re looking for this is NOT it BUT I just went to get a quick pedi and my overgrown gel-x nails taken off (done elsewhere) & for $45 including tip, I’m not mad it. My heels could still def use some work lol. There were TONS of regulars, they literally knew everyone that walked in so that says something. I’d probs go again if in a pinch or wanting something quick.
