1 /5 Stephanie Moon: What a terrible experience - I think this nail salon is under new ownership or overhauled their staff. I had called ahead to make an appointment for a pedicure but ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. Ended up walking out after getting a bunch of attitude and zero apology.

1 /5 Tania Sullivan: Went to Lakeline Nail today with my mom to treat her for Valentine’s Day. Never have I had such RUDE nail artists (Linda and Cindy- I have their names on my receipt) that genuinely did not want to be there! The nail artist helping my mom did not let her change her nail color even though she was not happy with it at the very beginning! My nail artist was also rushing the entire time despite the fact that I had an appointment and was there on time. They were short staff but that is no excuse to be so rude. When I asked her if she could please fix the crooked nails she filed and fix some of the polish that had clear spots that were missing, she rolled her eyes, scoffing and speaking in Vietnamese. This continued to happen the whole time I asked for any little thing or even if I was just looking at my nails, she had this negative response! This was NOT a spa experience. We were STRESSED the entire time!!! Will NEVER come back. Also I got the deluxe pedicure which is a step up from normal and they were doing everything so fast, she did not even fix my cuticles on my feet OR my hands. We both got gel manicures. Whenever I would try to ask questions or make a comment, it was met with unprofessional and mean behavior. Pink Cherry nails around the corner is so much better! They take their time, even on a weekend, have a good attitude and continue to ask if you’re liking what they’re doing and what can they do better. So disappointed. Would love some kind of refund, honestly!

4 /5 Charzi: My first visit to Lakeline Nails . Went on a weekday so was not much crowded. There are seats available to start my pedicure without a wait time. They welcomed with a welcoming drink. The staffs were friendly and the ambience was very good and neat. They provided me the choice of pedicure and the nail color. I chose deluxe with a Gel French pink and white Nail-polish . The service was good and had a good massage. There is plenty of parking and nearby to Subway .
